What can I expect from coaching?

How long are coaching engagements?
Most clients begin with a 6-session engagement to build clarity and momentum. Some pursue or continue into a 12-session arc for deeper transformation. We’ll choose an approach that aligns with your goals and what you’re navigating.
How does coaching differ from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused and growth-oriented. While therapy often works through past experiences or psychological healing, coaching helps you clarify what’s next and translate insight into aligned action. It assumes you are capable and whole, and works in partnership to strengthen clarity and momentum.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are held over Zoom. Most clients meet every other week to allow time for reflection, experimentation, and integration between sessions.
